Positive: The accommodation was spotlessly clean and looked like it had just been refurbished. It was very smart and had everything that you could want. The double bed was very large, firm, and extremely comfortable. The separate shower was very large, had fantastic pressure, and had an endless supply of hot water. I could have used a different towel every day and still not used all that had been supplied. The lounge was lovely, again with a very comfortable couch. The internet was rock solid, and we easily signed in to our netflix account to catch up on films and box sets. The solarium on the roof was an ideal suntrap with a hammock and a day bed, and there was a pool right across the pavement from the property. Uwe was a fantastic host, knowledgeable about the area, and was happy for us to contact him about anything, restaurants, places to visit,etc. We arrived late at night and left early in the morning, but he was happy to make arrangements to accommodate us. We had a fantastic, relaxing week and would recommend it to anyone.

Positive: We were met at the property by the hosts who were very welcoming and informative. They showed us round the property and gave us information about the local area with its many bars and restaurants. They were very welcoming of our small dog and gave us a bag of treats for the dog. The property was ideally placed so near to the lovely community pool and gardens. The house was extremely comfortable and well-equipped with everything you could want for a holiday in the sun. There was a TV with hundreds of channels in all languages, a very comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen so you could cook any meal you would like and a coffee machine. At the front of the property was a sunny terrace with table and chairs, sun loungers and parasol. At the rear of the property there is another terrace with outside washing machine and dryer and a cosy shaded terrace with table and chairs. On the private and secluded roof terrace there was a beautiful and comfortable hammock and sun lounger. Everything was spotlessly clean. The local area has many bars and restaurants in two separate commercial centres and is only a 15 minute drive down to the beaches of Bolnuevo and Puerto de Mazarrón. Absolutely lovely house
