Summary: Excellent property a few minutes walk from wonderful beaches. The house is modern, well equipped and was plenty big enough for two adults and two teenagers. Air con throughout. Pool is on the small size but did the job. Agency were helpful, worth noting once completed booking you go onto their own site to book linen etc.

Summary: We couldn’t have asked for more in this property. Beautifully appointed, 2 minutes walk to the fabulous beach. Bikes were a great asset as we cycled everywhere - to Sete town & restaurants. We would love to return some day.!

Summary: We had a brilliant time at the Villa St Louis! The house is very well equipped, functional, with good aircon and the swimming pool is great. The owners are extremely responsive and always keen to help if any questions/issues. The area is really nice with the beach and good restaurants only 2min walk from the house.

Summary: We stayed at the Villa St. Louis for two weeks together with our four adult kids. The best thing is being so close to the sea and the wide beach almost behind the house. We loved it! We enjoyed also the terrace and the balcony. The house is well equipped - although we missed a few hooks, especially in the bathrooms. The landlady had prepared for a nice welcoming: an edible present waited for us on the table, thanks! The house was clean, everything how we expected it; we've been there before. We love french food: we recommend the tiny bakery in the neighbourhood selling delicious bread and pastry as well as a visit at the local covered market where fresh fish is available, perfect for a barbecue (there is an electric grill in the house/terrace). We certainly recommend a stay in Sète at Villa St. Louis!
