Positive: We stayed at Villa Rozenhof whilst visiting family in difficult circumstances, and Rob and Alita could not have been kinder hosts. We had travelled to the Netherlands to see an uncle who had become seriously ill. After checking in, we immediately made a dash to see him, but sadly arrived around two hours too late. When we returned to the accommodation, Rob asked how everything had gone, and when we explained the situation both he and Alita showed genuine warmth, compassion and respect. It was very thoughtful and much appreciated at a difficult time. The property itself is lovely — peaceful, impressive and extremely comfortable. Rob came out to meet us in the car park on arrival and made us feel genuinely welcome straight away. Our bedroom was large, comfortable and very quiet, and we slept exceptionally well throughout our stay. The breakfasts were excellent, freshly prepared and genuinely delicious, and the location is stunning. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Villa Rozenhof is one of those rare places where everything simply feels easy and well cared for. We would highly recommend it and would happily stay again.

Negative: Nothing of note at all — we were very comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay.

Summary: A beautiful, peaceful place to stay with genuinely thoughtful hosts who could not have been kinder.

Positive: Beautiful, well kept, and clean, and spacious rooms. Strong WiFi signal throughout. Location is convenient for visiting nearby cities by car. Breakfasts were high quality and fresh.

Negative: The only inconvenience was the occasional fly or mosquito, though these are hard to avoid in the country during the summer.

Summary: We loved our stay at Villa Rozenhof; Rob and Alita were especially congenial hosts.
