Positive: Beautiful cozy hotel in a newly renovated villa, perfect location in the heart of the town. The rooms and the equipment are excellent, staff kind and helpful. There is a free parking in the yard, we felt comfortable and safe.
Negative: There were some things which I can understand, but still - didn't like it and made our experience a little less exciting. The electronic system for room keys (cards) keeps breaking, as we were told by the staff when there was a problem with one of our cards. But much more of disappointment came with the breakfast - although we understand that when the hotel is not fully occupied, they keep the variety of buffet smaller - but still, it's a 4 star hotel and we paid our price. Honestly, in some cheap hostels you can get a better breakfast. Additionally, the cutlery was not prepared on the tables, so it was a full self-service. You would expect more at such a great place...

Negative: The only little problem was a broken light in the bathroom, only one was working, so it was a bit dark. The air conditioning was not working either. Except that everything was perfect!

Negative: Entrance to the room weird (you had to walk around a wall - one has to see it hard to describe), there was no remote for aurcoditioning but we didnt ask for one as it was not too hot

Positive: Great location next to the central square, everything in a walking distance, lot of green, view of the Radhost mountain. Good parking space. Very good restaurant with excellent wines, summer tables in the garden give real pleasure. The building, meticulously restored, has lot of antique charm.
Negative: Thinking what to improve .. one point is the breakfast, which is fine, but after few days one lacks certain diversity. It is pity not to include e.g. cheeses from local producers, when one sees so much sheep around. The rooms may be upgraded by coffee/tea making set with a hot water kettle or Nespresso machine.

Positive: The location is superb. The whole villa is beautiful and nicely renovated. Additionally, we recommend the garden restaurant which is peaceful and quiet.
Negative: People services. You want to get a coffee 20 minutes before closing time and already everything is cleaned, so no coffee for you. The hotel manages AC, which means it does not run the whole night.
Summary: Awesome location, great place sadly a quite poor service.
