Villa Rosa-Centifolia is located in a quiet area without being isolated, 5 minutes from Fayence and 2 minutes from Seillans, close to amenities.
The villa is sunny until evening with a beautiful view of the village of Seillans, you can enjoy it while swimming in the heated 4X10m pool with its jacuzzi.
It has 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and a TV.
Upstairs we have 2 bedrooms with a balcony overlooking the view and the pool.
On the ground floor, a spacious and bright living room of about 80m² is equipped with a large screen TV and table football.
In the parental suite of 30 m², there is an adjoining bedroom of 10 m² with bunk bed to accommodate children.
The villa has a refreshing floor allowing healthier air conditioning.
Its location will allow you to visit the French Riviera, Cannes at 35 min Fréjus 30 min. or go to Lake St-Cassien with its nautical center and explore its surrounding villages.

Summary: Sandra and Remi were the perfect hosts. The property is fantastic - modern, clean and very well stocked. The pool is great as is the outside area with sunbeds, table and sofas. You can't fault it. Location wise, it is about a 20 minute walk from Seillans. Seillans is beautiful with a few restaurants. However, when we stayed at the end of June, it was deserted. There isn't much to it - just the restaurants. I had anticipated a few more shops and a bit of life but maybe it was just the time of year and it would be busier in the height of the summer. That was a bit of a disappointment. Great spot to explore the surroundings - we went to the lavender fields, Gorge du Verdon and Grasse which I highly recommend. All in all, a great stay, but just quite quiet.

Summary: For many reasons our holiday did not go to plan, however Sandra was a fabulous reactive host who helped and advised us at every opportunity. We could not be more appreciative of her help. The house is so spacious, spotless and is well equipped, we loved our lazy days by the pool, just what we needed. It was lovely to treat it as our own during our two week stay. It is a way to the larger towns on the Cote D’Azur but we don’t mind exploring further afield.

Summary: Even better than it looks in the pictures, and with 4 really good sized bedrooms (and an extra room with bunkbed), heated pool, table tennis table & table football table, we had a brilliant stay exploring the beautiful hill towns of Provence.

Summary: Gorgeous villa, and equally great hosts! Five stars. Very quiet and peaceful. A nice modern house in a traditional setting. Loved the jacuzzi. We will definitely be back :-)

Summary: Sandra and Remi are the best hosts you can think of. They house was just perfect. A lot of space and everything brand new. We loved the pool 28C, the barbecue, the table tennis, just everything. The air conditioning via the floor was great. The area is very quite which we loved. Seillans has a small bakery and grocery shop open 8am to 8 pm. Excellent location to relax, hike, ride the bike and to visit all major Cote d'Azur cities. Many thanks to Sandra and Remi!
