The second adjoining part (with the possibility of making it independent) has a living room opening onto a kitchen area with billiards. The first floor is divided into 2 spacious bedrooms of 20 m2 (bed 180 - 140 - 80 + baby bed with bars adjustable in height) with adjoining shower room and WC for each. The third is an independent gîte facing the cottage on the same plot. Its veranda, its stone wall and its layout give it character. Lounge area under veranda with corner sofa (extra bed 140), open to fitted and equipped kitchen area (oven, hob, hood, fridge, microwave, washing machine), walk-in shower room for access to bedroom with a bed 160, dressing table and wardrobe and view of terrace and garden. 2 parking spaces in front of the house or in the locality.
