This is our Family's vacation home and we sincerely want you to enjoy it as much as we do.
This magnificent residence, located at the outskirts of Southeast Attica, is of exceptional architectural taste and offers remarkable serenity and privacy. When you are ready the valley breeze and sunshine will carry you to the treasured Blue-Flagged Kakia Thalassa Beach. The interior is minimal in design and maximal in comfort. Fully equipped with A/C's that go unused most of the time due to the crisp valley breeze and clean country air.
The 3 bedrooms each feature a King size bed with high quality linen, pillows and memory gel pads for the ultimate sleeping experience and ample closet space. All 3 bedrooms access the 2nd floor enormous terrace, ideal for early coffee or maybe late night cap. The 4th bedroom we call "the kids' quarters. Roughly 800ft2 of a full-sized walk-in attic with 7 single beds, 55'' TV smart TV, Board-game table...our version of kid-glamping. The living room features 3 built-in couches with high-quality pillows that can comfortably sleep 3. and high quality furniture.
The residence also features a fully state-of-the-art FRANKE-equipped kitchen including stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, blender and toaster. There is a separate service room equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing table and space for luggage storage. The bathrooms are equipped with towels, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, shower gels and blow dryer. The inside and outside dinner tables can comfortably accommodate up to 20 for a complete meal not to forget the smaller table for 6 in the eat-in kitchen. The house is centrally heated during the winter months and furnished with air-conditioning units for the summer.
The 15x5 meter Swimming Pool shallow end offers a relaxing built-in bench while the extra-deep end (3m+) offers a diving board for a friendly dive competition for the youngsters and a pro-dimensions Bocce Ball Court maybe for an afternoon adult cocktail hour.

Summary: We, group of 8 people, had a lovely time at the family home Villa Ria. We were surprised by the hospitality. We were even welcomed with a class of champagne. The family is very thoughtful and is always willing to help you around. For us it already started from the moment we asked if we could check in earlier and check out later, which was not a problem. Before entering the home I asked Jason a lot of question about what to do in and around Keratea and he was always happy to help. He gave us a lot of tips to do which fitted our group. I believe he has great ideas for all kinds of groups so please do not hesitate to ask whatever you want. Jason or his brother Vassilis have an answer for every question and are willing to help you with anything. The beach is nearby and there are enough places to eat in Keratea from typical gyros to pizza's/pasta's to grill food. If you like to cook at home that's also possible. There is enough kitchen equipment to cook for everyone and even a barbecue outside to use. Jason advised us to hire a car, but this was very expensive around Keratea. Luckily Jason also helped us with this. He gave us the option to hire his brother's car, which was a perfect option for our group. I have to say this is really a must when you're staying at the house to get in and around Keratea. There is a small convenient store around the corner, but this is mainly for some easy food. The house is a great place to relax with the whole family. There's enough space for everyone to do their own thing or together. The pool is well maintained and we loved the big fatboys which float on the water. Next to that there is enough to play around such as a basketball hoop, treadmill,, boardgames and the possibility to play table tennis, one of our favorites. A point you should take into account is the fact that hot water is produced by sunlight so do not shower all at once late in the evening.
