Positive: The house was clean, spacious and beautiful. The views were spectacular and there were multiple places outside to enjoy a morning coffee or an afternoon lounge. One thing that I didn’t see advertised in the description that was an amazing surprise when we arrived was a spa area, including workout equipment, a hot tub, and a sauna. The location could not have been better, super easy access to almost everything we wanted to do during our stay. Ivan could not have been more responsive or helpful, both while planning our trip and throughout our entire stay – definitely a super host!

Positive: The villa was amazing. Perfect for us group of 6-8 girls. Huge ensuite rooms, amazing facilities and the host was exceptional. Managed everything through WhatsApp. The host even managed to sort us a birthday cake. Exceptional service. Would book again.

Positive: IVAN was more than helpful. He managed an earlier check in and an later check out. He arranged the airport shuttle and our Coffee ;-) ... thank´s a lot IVAN. The late check out was realy very helpful, because the weather on the departure day was not fine. Our stay in this beautiful villa was MORE THAN FANTASTIC. The kitchen was really fantastically equipped. Nothing was missing at all. we used the whirlepool almost every day. We will always remember our stay in this beautiful villa in Dubrovnik.

Positive: Perfect location as very easy to access the old town, making it easy to come and go from the old town which is important with how overcrowded the old town can become when day/cruise tourists are in.

Negative: Two bedrooms en suites did not have proper showers, only hand held showers, which meant we had to use showers communally.
