The Space:
The ground floor features a central leisure space with a billiards table, bar corner, TV area, exercise equipment, and access to the pool and jacuzzi area. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower. The garage and laundry room are located on this floor as well. On the first floor you’ll find a spacious and light living area with huge windows opening out onto the terrace with sweeping views over the lake. Comfy sofa’s, a reading corner, a cozy fireplace, and a kitchen with dining table for 12 people. The second floor consists of 4 bedrooms. A heavenly master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with beautiful tub and shower, and a walk-in wardrobe. Three other double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower.
With a long infinity pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a jacuzzi outside, you can unwind and enjoy a glass of prosecco while gazing down at the lake and the boats that pass by.
