Summary: The property is fantastic for a party or event. The owners were super responsive if anything was needed(propane tank was out for us and it was remedied right away). The only thing that was a negative for me is that it says it sleeps 10, we came with 7. There is a master bedroom upstairs with it's own bathroom. There are 2 more bedrooms with a shared bathroom. One of the bedrooms has 2 bunk beds, that would have been nice to see in a picture. The other entertainment room downstairs has 2 couches with pullout beds but no closet. Also, the main floor bathroom is only a half bath...so there was no main floor shower either for the person/people that are in the entertainment room downstairs. The bedroom/bathroom situation is my only complaint though and we made it work! Had we booked with 10 people though, I think it would have been more of a struggle unless at least 4 of them were children for the bunkbeds.
