Positive: The location is great and the villa is not expensive, especially out of season. It has everything you need, even a living room that can be used for small workshops or conferences (it has a big screen that can be connected to a computer).

Negative: I didn't feel completely safe. There were some small issues with cleanliness. It was clean, but not perfectly clean. The kitchen could use a microwave.

Positive: Great position 5 minutes from the sea. Larger than it looks on the photos. Good size pool in a gated community. We were allowed to stay past our check out time free of charge. Excellent value for money compared to others we looked at and have stayed in previously.

Negative: Bathrooms need a little TLC now and they are very dark. Only mirrors were in the bathroom with no sockets close by to dry or style hair or see how you looked. Buying at least one good sized mirror for the property would make all the difference

Summary: Great location, good value for money would definitely stay again

Positive: Die Lage war gut.

Negative: The accommodation was spacious for 5 people with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. However, the house had not been prepared for us. We did not feel welcome. In two of the three bedrooms, the double beds and pillows had not been made up with fresh bed linen. You could still find hair from the previous guests on the mattresses. The two single beds in the third bedroom are too low for older guests. A double bed would make more sense in this room so that you have more freedom of movement. There were only bedside tables in one bedroom. The closets had very few flimsy wire hangers. In the kitchen there were still open bottles of drinks in the fridge and the dishwasher was still full of plates and cups. In one of the two bathrooms, the holder for the shower head was broken. There was also a big patch of mold on the wall above the shower. Both bathrooms were very poorly lit with only one light bulb above the hand basin. The ladder for the swimming pool was not securely fastened so that it was not safe to use. If you advertise the advantages of a spacious house with a pool, it should also be cleaned and invitingly prepared for the visit of paying guests. My parents-in-law and my family were not happy with this.

Negative: Area is a bit isolated not many places to eat and generally there’s nothing on a walking distance you have to drive to find a shop restaurant etc. Pool ladder was broken which was a bit dangerous. Everything else was really good.

Negative: Apart from everything being superb - everything we touched - was breaking apart (broken swimming pool stairs, sunbeds, shower mode switcher, outside socket cover, umbrella).
