Positive: The Pool for the Villa was great. A lot bigger than it looks in the pictures. The villa and the setting were also really good, a small town was only a few minutes' drive away with all the facilities you need. A water park for the kids is also located 7 minutes away which was great for a few days activities.

Negative: The Villa has no air conditioning. This is despite being advertised as having it. The Villa does have underfloor cooling in the living room. However, the children's room is above the boiler and was so hot we couldn't let them sleep in there any longer. We complained to the agent who told us the cool air would rise!!! We contacted booking.com but have heard nothing. The villa did in the end provide 2 fans for a 4 bed house. This did little to control the heat and made sleeping very uncomfortable. If the property had air conditioning and the garden was maintained a bit this villa could be great.
