Positive: Beautiful old villa with loads of character. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. We booked the double room with garden view - It was spacious, clean/tidy - Big comfortable bed, tall ceilings/thick walls which kept the room cool (even when it was 35c outside). Nice compact bathroom with plenty of space for your stuff - big shower/no issues with water pressure/always hot. We were on a tight schedules each day (came for the F1 Grand Prix weekend) so never booked breakfast but the lounge/breakfast room looked amazing and packed with original features/floors boards. There was large well shaded garden area outside to sit and relax in the evenings. We parked in the off road spaces without fuss each evening. WiFi was excellent. Really could not fault anything.
Negative: We could not stay longer - we only had a couple of nights whilst visiting the F1 race but hope we can return one day again to spend more time and explore the surrounding area.

Positive: Very cozy, very clean, in a quiet peaceful location, but public transport bus 343 right beside the door, make it only 10 mins from Semmering. Great value for money, well exceed our expectations. Definitely highly recommended!!!

Positive: Superb breakfast, fresh and home-made. Very kind and nice hosts. Overal peace and quiet. Very easy to find, parking in front of the house. Good starting point for hiking in Rax.
