Summary: Wonderful hotel. Complete luxury feel from the exquisite room to relaxing pool (even misters giving off fragrance along the grounds). The restaurants on site offer exceptional cuisine, which we enjoyed several nights. Mostly everything is sourced on-site (lamb, olives, wine, fragrances). Be sure to catch sunset at the bodega (we had live music on Friday night). They also helped us rent E-bikes and provided a map for a self service adventure (there’s a guided option as well).

Summary: If you enjoy peace, tranquillity, the Italian countryside, and an ethos that embraces sustainability (without any compromise on a luxury experience) then this is your spirit home away from home. The facility and surrounding countryside is stunning. The staff are exceptional, friendly and knowledgeable about the produce and the experience on offer. The food was outstanding in both the restaurants, and the fact that all produce used in the restaurants is sourced from no more than 20 miles away (although most is self produced on the property) is testament to the outstanding chefs working there. The pool was beautiful, the rooms were luxurious without being over the top. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower was great and the whole complex was always spotlessly clean. I cannot speak highly enough about this little piece of heaven on earth. If you like partying this isn’t the place for you. But if you are looking for a place to wind down and enjoy the peace and some beautiful food, then you won’t be able to help but love it here.

Summary: A dream stay that deserves more than 5 stars! I chose Villa Petriolo for its absolute calm in the heart of Tuscany and its proximity to Florence, but most importantly, as the setting for my marriage proposal. I couldn't have picked a more perfect place. The estate is breathtaking, the rooms are flawless, and the facilities are of an incredible standard. We were also lucky enough to receive a room upgrade for one night from the manager, a gesture that truly touched us and made our stay even more special. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional staff. They are incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. I want to give a special thanks to Lucia and Rita, who were so enthusiastic about my proposal plans. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect spot on the property to pop the question at sunset. Their support and kindness made the moment even more magical. The culinary experience was equally impressive. Having a 1-star Michelin restaurant on-site is a huge plus, and the quality of the breakfast was simply outstanding - one of the best we’ve ever had. If you are looking for luxury, peace, and world-class service in Tuscany, I cannot recommend Villa Petriolo enough. Thank you to the entire team, the manager, and especially Lucia and Rita for making our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

Summary: It was perfect accommodations , the staff was extremely kind and helpful for anything needed and the facilities were exceptional . They took their time to help me with a small explanation when i inquired about my final billing and cleared up any confusions i had in a timely manner without delay via email . Would love to revisit and will be telling friends and family of our experience .
