Positive: First of all wondrful host Pero -he was very helpful at any time. The house is really beautiful and well equiped like in my on home:) -nice pool -jacuzzi - gaming room - a huge grill Very clean and well designed area!

Negative: Maybe a bit too far from Dubrovnik -car is a must. A lot of wasps and hornets but I dont know what the owner could do about it. The lower part of the house is slightly worse finished than the upper floors, which may cause a feeling in a larger group that someone has a better apartment and someone else a worse one, but pays the same amount. These are just small things which didnt influance on our wonderful stay;)

Positive: What was there not to like? The villa is stunning and the photos online does not do it any justice!! It's stunning, so very spacious and private The host Pero is very responsive and always happy to help he is also very welcoming and polite

Negative: Nothing it was perfect! I would just advise to supply another clothes rack if possible, when 9 people are washing clothes one just isn't enough lol but that's something very minor we managed to make it work

Positive: Beautiful, clean villa with a fantastic layout that everything a family needs. Kept kids of all ages entertained. Loved that we felt out of the hustle and bustle so it felt like a true holiday, but easy enough to get into Dubrovnik. Our host was phenomenal and couldn't help us enough. We'll definitely stay again!

Negative: The road to the villa from the main road was a bit precarious but we were in a large van which made it more difficult.

Positive: Absolutely beautiful villa in a very quiet village. The villa is enormous and incredibly well appointed, Pero the owner is always on hand and was very helpful before and during our stay. We were 4 adults and 4 small children who were throughly entertained throughout. The villa is in a very quiet village, you do need a hire car to get around / pop to the shops but that is a staple of most villa holidays. Marko taxis, we’re also brilliant, he has a 9 seater that could take all 8 of us too the Old Town, air port transfers and other local spots…. Also gave us the location of an incredible beach 10 minutes from the villa!

Negative: Nothing, all as expected if not better.

Summary: Perfect villa for large family get away!!

Positive: Absolutely stunning villa with private pool – a perfect getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Croatia. The property is even more impressive in person – spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. The private pool was a highlight: clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by a lovely terrace perfect for sunbathing or dining outdoors. The location is peaceful and offers a lot of privacy, yet still close to local attractions, beaches, and restaurants. The hosts were extremely friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. Everything we needed was available at the villa – from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended – we would definitely come back!

Positive: As a party of nine, we loved the property. The hosts thought of everything we might need. The pool was awesome, not to mention dining on the balcony. The kids did not want to leave.

Positive: Good space, enough for 4 families. Loved the expresso machine and the air conditioned rooms. Be aware that there are 2 separate living areas, with only the apartment on the ground floor with access to the pool and terrace. From the rooms upstairs you'll have to exit at front of the house and go around the building - not very convenient for groups that want to stay together

Negative: Very narrow streets to access the villa and very remote. Make sure you eat and/or buy groceries prior to arriving/returning to villa. Beds are a bit hard and uncomfortable for those with back problems

Positive: We were a group of 12 friends, and had an amazing time here. The owner is friendly, if you need anything, he will help you. The equipment was also huge, you just need a suitcase and everything will be there for you. Everything was clean inside and outside the house. The pool and jacuzzi is also clean and fresh. Dubrovnik city is only 20 minutes away by car. Cannot mention anything bad about this place. We will definitely come back next year.
