Positive: A private oasis in the mountain! Perfect for a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of crowded city center. Spacious inside and great open space with comfortable amenities on the outside. Wish we stayed longer. Jhonis is a wonderful host!

Positive: The villa is in a beautiful setting in a quiet village. Giannis went above and beyond and drove us to and from the Taverna for a meal since we didn’t have a car. (We were walking the Corfu Trail). He also thoughtfully left us snacks and drinks upon our arrival and wanted to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. The house has everything you need and is perfect for a family or small group. It looks like it has been renovated recently and there is a nice sunroom and backyard with a sitting area. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Positive: Villa Penelope is fantastic. Located in the upper middle part of Corfu, in a picturesque village surrounded by mountains and valleys, it offered us a breathtaking view, fresh air and comfort that we could only have imagined. Though we had a late flight and arrived by a rented car after midnight, the host was waiting for us with a warm welcome. We found some food and drinks in the fridge that really helped for a start. The most famous Corfu beaches are only 10 to 30 minute away, by car. It was great, almost healing, to come back to our green resort and rest after swimming and sunbathing. The host was kind and caring and brought us a watermelon during our stay - it was sweet and tasteful, but more than that, we were touched by his gesture of kindness. We will definitely come back to this comforting place.

Positive: We loved how it had everything we needed. It is a beautiful villa! We liked how peaceful and relaxing and calm it was. We had a wonderful time relaxing in the nature there! The hosts are extremely nice they are respectful and give you privacy! They were the b st host and we had!

Positive: Very well set up. Owners meet you little basket of goodies awaits you. Very nice place great owners.

Negative: Had rented an SUV . Access off the private road was very tricky. I wound up backing into the driveway because.the the turn into property was so tight was afraid of damaging rental SUV. In the end every time we went out left the car parked on the road and walked a minute to the property to avoid any damages to rental car

Positive: The house was beautifully decorated, and it has a lovely view of the village. You have everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook, and also a grill outside . The owner was very helpful and he also provided something eat in the moment we just arrived. It was a pleasure to stay, while we could visit the beautiful beaches of the north and also enjoy the beautiful scenery of the countryside.

Positive: The villa looks like in the pictures and description, the host tried to be helpful and provided us with the house information.

Negative: In the description and pictures, you will not find that the access is very hard with a saloon car. You have to be a very skillful driver to park at the villa. We also had the "luck" to have the cicadas insects in all the trees, which make a lot of noise. Also, bring some mosquito pills, and please feed the cat that comes in the morning, her name is Athena :)
