Positive: Ika Jayanti was amazing from the moment that she greeted us at the villa. Took us through everything we needed to know. As a host Ika responded and organized everything we needed, at what seemed like all times of the day and night. Knowing that we had someone like Ika taking care of us and communication with made our stay extra special. Late night massage, drivers when needed, last minute washing done express. Breakfast in the Villa arrange on our first morning with the chef's another great experience. We could not have been happier with the wonderful choice we made to stay in this Villa with family and friends. Every one of the 6 bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully appointed; no guest would ever be disappointed with any of the rooms.

Negative: That we could not stay longer.

Summary: Beautiful, clean, amazing concierge service. We will be back.

Positive: The villa was beautiful and very spacious. The view was gorgeous, the pool was massive, the furnishings were new and well maintained.

Negative: Daily cleaning could be improved (refilling bedroom waters, adding a bottle of water in the bathroom and swapping dirty cups for clean ones). The villa on arrival was spotless. Cash is king here, we got caught out a few times (when we booked a villa activity/meal, we weren't aware these needed to be paid in cash at the time (worth adding to the guest info book or the host sending a reminder), other villas we've stayed out gave us a bill at the end and a credit card facility to pay). You're also a good 15 minutes out of town, so not super easy to get cash out, having a heads up to have the cash ready would have been handy. You have to use local drivers here, there's a check point that doesn't allow Grab/Taxis to pass, again you need cash for these drivers.

Positive: Fantastic open space with a great pool. Away from the hustle & bustle of Ubud but close enough for a short taxi ride. It had a little shop at the end of the driveway which was great when u needed more Bintang😃

Positive: Beautiful villa! Very quiet idilic peaceful spot. A quick grab into central Ubud or to have food delivered. Couple of things not working but fixed quickly.

Negative: Beds were a bit hard for me but still comfortable.
