Positive: Location with view. Large lounge and dining with open terrace. Well equipped. Close by supermarket and short walk to old Minturno. Lots of space for children . Coastal Italy for beaches and boats just a few minutes away whilst property tranquility a peaceful retreat

Negative: Entrance to drive from road dangerous a viewing mirror would help. Garbage bins color codes need explanation. Full explanation on property description explaining the property is large basement apartment with direct garden access of shared stand alone property.

Positive: Comfortable for our large group, spectacular sunset. Everything was clean and the value was definitely there. We pretty much just stayed outside the whole time, so much to do at the property!

Positive: This property is really spacious. Much bigger than we expected. We were 4 adults and one baby and we had lots of room. The grounds are beautiful kept and the views are stunning. The pool is a fantastic feature. It’s raised so safe for children but possibly not accessible for elderly. We walked to the town in about 10-15 minutes. It is a steep incline but well worth the walk. Local restaurants are lovely.
