Positive: I would recommend this accomodation for 100%. Very nice apparment in beautiful garden with pool, lot of sunbeds, hammocks, small kids playground, lot of trees, flowers, so you feel like you were home. Close to city San Pietro in Bevagna,- 3 minutes by car, close to shops,restaurants and very nice beaches. Apparment has new furniture, very good equipped kitchen-when you just arrived,you don't have to buy such small things like salt, pepper,suger,tea,coffee. And it has a lot of dishes,so you can cook there like home. You have also soaps, shower gel,towels and bed linen included. In many apparment it's not and you have to pay extra for bed linen and towels. You really feel good there. The owner Giovanna it"s the best owner, I have ever get in touch. She is very helpful, when we wre solving fine from police, she quickly answer your messages or call you immediately,when you need and the best thing,what she did,was,that she gave us some money back,even it wasn't her fault,but ours. My man choose this accoumodation,but only looking at pictures,which where mixed and between them was also 1 big apparment, which he wanted. So he just looked on the pictures,but didn't read description of this apparment. And when we came,it was the smaller apparment and he was so disappointed and very unhappy,that Giovanna gave us some money back to make us happy. Thank you Giovanna, it was good time in your apparment:) If we go there again, we go for sure to this beautiful apparment. I forgot to write, when we came, we have in apparment one bottle of red wine, some italien crackers and two big bottles of water in the fridge-this we always have only in hotels. Thank you for everything! :)
