Positive: Stunning location; very attentive and helpful staff, especially Gerard and Cassandre; outstanding family location, perfect for ten people in a spectacular position overlooking Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu and Eze.

Negative: Quite a lot of confusion re booking process and what was/was not included in the price - mainly an issue with Booking.com, not the property
