Positive: Diva was an amazing butler. Despite the challenges we faced with the villa (electricity outage, jacuzzi malfunctioning, doors detached, and more), Diva made the stay pleasant. He went above and beyond to make sure that our overall trip was a fun one.

Negative: Property is poorly maintained, it is in fact much older than what the photos shown which are outdated. During our stay, we’ve experienced regular electricity outage, sewage issue in one of the rooms, jacuzzi malfunctioning, doors detached, dirty pool beds, moldy wall in gym, leaking outdoor lounge area when it rains… And the property is surrounded by other villas and construction sites, not as private as the drone shot photo indicated.
