Positive: Villa Panorama is absolutely fantastic - it looks good in the pictures, but it's actually better in reality. It has everything you might need, a great TV, good wifi, the pool is warm and not too small, the beds are really comfy, there are blackout shutters on the windows if you want them + brand new sliding fly screens on all the doors and windows, and the showers work well. In really hot weather it's a little bit tough walking back up the steep hill, but it really doesn't take very long - you can walk down to restaurants in maybe 7 minutes, and probably more like 15 to walk back up. The locals are all very friendly if you great them with a "Yas-as" as you go by, and it's a quieter and less touristy part of Greece. There's a wonderful and quiet beach about 3 minutes drive (up the hill, turn left, and there's a sign down to it on your left as you get to a right hand bend) - we found that the locals usually started to leave around lunchtime, meaning we got free umbrellas and loads of space, but there are no facilities. Soft sand once you are in the water, and a gentle slope. Asprogiali is further around and has a sign for the beach bar, which was very reasonably priced. The water dropped off quite deep quite quickly though, so not ideal for young kids if it's wavey. Mytikas has a very long beach which is soft sand underfoot once you're in the water, and there is a beach bar there too. Dimitri and Maria are lovely people, always willing to provide help and recommendations via text and phone, in good English. Dimitri will come to the villa very quickly (I mean, 10 minutes) if you have any issues (I managed to get a sink plug stuck and he came and fixed it), which is really impressive. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Blue Fish restaurant was our favourite - reasonably priced and very good quality. Alexandra Sweet Art makes the best desserts EVER.

Negative: I tried to visit the ruins of Ancient Astakos... the track is only suitable for good 4x4s, so I walked it, only to find that the ruins were completely fenced in and closed, so I wasted 30 minutes walk in the sun each way. My fault entirely, but bear that in mind if you're thinking of visiting.

Summary: It could not have been better, definitely recommended. It's new, high quality, with nice owners!

Positive: The villa is wonderful. Very comfortable, has everything you need. The view from the terrace is divine. The hosts are extremely kind and nice. I recommend it to anyone who wants to escape the city noise.

Positive: Very cozy villa, i would come here again. Deck and balcony - sunny all day long, fascinating view. 2 bedrooms with kingsize beds with connected balconies and windows, a third bedroom with 2 single beds with just a window, all next to each other. Mosquito protection. A big bathroom with shower upstairs and a smaller one downstairs. Barbeque area with a garden. Kitchen with all cooking supplies. The swimming pool lights up at night, it reaches up to your belly though. There is a cat that comes to chill on the couch of the deck every day after 9 pm.

Negative: The toilet flush has very weak pressure. The pillows were way too large and thick and there were no one-use slippers.
