Positive: Villa Pambuffetti is positioned perfectly just outside the fortification walls of lovely Montefalco. We were made to feel very welcome in this comfortable old villa furnished with antiques and with all the modern amenities including a lovely pool, which was much appreciated in 35C heat in the Umbria region. Within walking distance are many restaurants and bars, some with outstanding views.

Positive: Definitely worth paying extra for fantastic room in this wonderful villa - great furnishings, chandelier etc Fabulous swimming pool, and delightful and very helpful staff. We stayed on part of our walking holiday from Spoleto to Assisi.

Positive: This is my second stay at the Villa and hopefully not my last. Excellently located, the villa exudes character. Cosy in winter and airy in summer. The hosts Alessandra and Mauro make you feel at home......and Alessandra's homemade cakes and biscuits are exceptional.

Positive: The location is amazing! Territory with the parking, landscapes and close to the city center.

Negative: Room was very dark and tiny tiny shower. So tiny there is no room for toiletries, while the bathroom itself has plenty of space.
