Positive: The apartment is nice. Parking is greatly appreciated in this area. The room sizes are good and it has some really nice pieces of furniture. The owner has done a good job of trying to provide everything you could need. The fruit, the water and fizz on arrival are a nice touch. An issue with a non working fan when we arrived was very swiftly resolved. WhatsApp communication is very good.

Negative: Unfortunately we found that the public transport is too infrequent to really fit in with our busy tourist plans. The location is a car journey away if you want to eat out in the evening (all ferries and busses stop around 6 - 6.30ish). I chose this accommodation thinking we could park up for 4 days and not use the car at all. Unfortunately we found we had to use the car for everything and would have been better basing ourselves more in town. The roads are dangerous to drive and even worse to walk.

Positive: Specious, Clean and well prepared place for holidays at Como lake. You will find everything needed for a holiday stay, if something is missing - more than sure owners will help to solve problem. WiFi - working correctly. BBQ place on the terrace, morning coffee same place with lake view + snowy mountains (east side, sun in the morning) Propietors are fantastic people, Extraordinary friendly, responsive and helpful. We had a possibility to harvest fresh rucola from thier garden ;-) Ferry transporation 3 min walk (ferry to Bellagio) bus stop (bellagio-lecco) next to the Villa. 7 min drive to Bellagio where you can takes car ferries to (Varenna, Menaggio or Candenabia) Very convenience place to explore LARIO. However car is recommended - specially spot for the car in the garage will be waiting for you. Roads are very narrow, no sidewalk - watch out. Definitely, I would recommend place and people. Super Positive experiance, Enjoy Como, Wojtek

Positive: Very high level of hospitality. Alessandro and Andrea were very friendly and very helpful, providing us w/ valuable information about the touring and hiking possibilities. They even gave us fruits and vegetables from their garden.
