Positive: Property was very spacious and close to main area in Carvoeiro which was all just a walk away, sea views from the property were stunning

Negative: Air con in main sitting area didn’t work properly leaving it as the hottest room in the villa, property is about 10/15 minutes walk from beach so not exactly ‘villa on the beach’, no shaded area near pool, property needs some general upgrades.

Summary: Fab property in great location but needs some upgrades especially air con and shade near pool particularly during a heat

Positive: The villa was very large with 5 bedrooms. We only needed 4 rooms as we were a small group. Only one bedroom was a double but my husband and I actually used a twin room and pushed the beds together to make a bigger bed. There was a very large living room and a good sized kitchen. The villa was so large you felt you could have your own space and not be on top of each other all the time. There were 4 bathrooms and they all had a hairdryer. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The pool was nice and the roof terrace area with beds were comfy. I loved being at treetop level amongst the birds and there was a view of the sea too. I also enjoyed sitting out in the garden and we had a bbq one evening. The location was great and we could walk to town and the boardwalk and nearby Centeanes beach very easily.

Negative: If I had to say one thing I think that maybe it could do with a little refresh to really be a luxury villa. It was perfect for us so this is not a complaint at all but it could do with a bit of tlc in parts.

Positive: The villa was incredibly spacious, providing ample room for relaxation, with comfortable rooms and excellent air conditioning to keep things cool. The location was perfect, just a short walk to shops, the beach, and various restaurants, and only a pleasant 10 to 15-minute stroll to the town center. The host was also fantastic—very helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Positive: Lovely spacious villa with a good-sized pool that we all enjoyed. The villa was perfect for our family of eight, including a baby, grandparents, parents, and teenagers, as there was enough space for everyone. It is situated in a great quiet location, yet it's just a few minutes' walk to shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants and a couple of beaches.

Negative: Maybe consider more shade at the top area as it gets too hot to enjoy.

Positive: Great Villa in a great location, there is plenty of room in this villa even for large groups. It has a good size pool and roof terrace with loads of bars and restaurants in walking distance.

Positive: This is a really fun house for a large family, or several families, as there are different "wings" where everyone can have their own space. The rooftop pool was a huge hit with our kids. I also loved the central courtyard/terrace; it allowed us to eat outside but still be sheltered from the sometimes windy conditions of the area. The town of Carvioero is small but cute with a decent beach, good gelato, and the nice boardwalk along the cliffs (with Boneca bar). Totally recommend.

Negative: The only thing that we really didn't like was the bed configuration. There was literally only one double bed. It was first-come-first-serve with our family, and the other two couples got stuck sleeping separate in single beds.
