Positive: The villa was perfect for 8 people (4 couples). The rooftop area was great, as was the outside area by the kitchen. The lift was a surprise bonus. Katerina, our host, was lovely and her communication was great. Easy walking distance to what we wanted to do. We enjoyed our two nights here. Thank you :)

Negative: One of the toilets had no seat/lid on it, it was sitting beside the toilet. The rubbish bin lid was very dirty. There was no chopping board that we could find in the kitchen.

Summary: Cute little Villa. Loved the levels :)

Positive: The apartment was in a nice location near Acropolis. It was also very spacoius. The rooftop was nice and has a beatiful view.

Negative: The aparment was uncleaed. Dust, hair etc. were generally throug out the aparment. There were also bed sheets drying when we arrived. For such a big aparment there were only few glasses and bowls. There were also quite many cutlery broken/in bad shape.

Positive: Very comfortable, fantastic cleaner it was spotlessly clean, very good air conditioning Within walking distance of lthe acropolis and lots of restaurants and bars. We ordered the airport pick up and drop off Went seamlessly. We were met at the villa by Joyce who was great, very helpful and gave us lots of tips for where to go in the area.

Negative: The road the villa is on is a short steep hill. Lots of hills and steps in the area. Would be impossible in a wheelchair and difficult with a buggy

Positive: A lovely 3 story villa with balconies and 4 good size bedrooms 2 en suite. Quiet location. Great sized kitchen and eating area with ability to eat outdoors in 2 locations

Negative: Perhaps more catering safety wise for younger children ( a 3 year old and a crawling baby) perhaps safety gates to be made available. Not difficult to rectify

Positive: The villa is located in Philopappou, close by to excellent shopping and transport links. The villa is spacious and has rooms spread over three floors. Unusually, the villa offers a guest a lift service and this is very useful when moving heavy cases at arrival and departure times. The villa was spotless on arrival and the agent arranged for our transportation to and from Athens Airport (80 euros each way / September 2023). The villa has an excellent outside courtyard however, be careful and watch out for mosquitoes! We loved the Villa and the agent was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Negative: Minor niggles included a broken microwave but the agent replaced it immediately. The knives were all blunt and were replaced a few days later after requests were made to send photographs of them??? Slightly more concerning was an intermittent failing fridge freezer. This caused food in the freezer to melt on more than one occasion which was annoying. We reported the issue to the agent just before we left. Another area of improvement would be for the management company to collate a folder with useful information like, how to use the washing machine and dryer (all in Greek on the machines), where to eat, what to do in the local area, transport etc. There was a folder but it was full of blank sheets and forms for the agent to records occupants’ details. We have never stayed in a villa where this type of information has not been available.

Summary: Great villa, great location - we would definitely stay there again
