Positive: The accomodation has a magnificent view over the city, the bay of Naples and the cuppola of San Gennaro. The owner is nice, supporrive and geneorus - giving us information on Naples and even lemons from his orchard and corgettes and aubergines from his garden.

Positive: Villa Nikita is worth recommending, very well equipped, clean with a beautiful view of the Bay of Naples. On the day of arrival the owner was waiting for us and gave us all the necessary information. Mr. Carmine is a very nice host and we felt at home. You can get to the city center by bus, which is 5 minutes from the Villa. We will gladly go back there again.

Positive: Villa Nikita was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean, perfect for our family of 5. Wonderful outdoor seating area with a stunning view of Naples. Excellent facilities including a washing machine, well-equipped kitchen (loved the designated coffee bar table including the espresso machine!) and huge flat screen TV as well as a comfy sofa. A uniquely kind and hospitable host who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, without being intrusive. Safe and secluded but still within reach of central Naples - good bus connections and (somewhat further away) the Colli Aminei metro station. We had a wonderful stay and can’t recommend Villa Nikita highly enough!

Summary: For us, Villa Nikita was the perfect base for exploring Naples, truly a home away from home!

The views are breathtaking, and the apartment itself is spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. Carmine, the owner, is one of the kindest and most genuine people we’ve ever met. He welcomed us warmly and was always available to assist with anything we needed. While he lives on the property, you have the entire apartment to yourself, and he strikes the perfect balance of being helpful while also respecting your privacy. The villa grounds are simply spectacular, and Carmine continues to enhance the property’s beauty with ongoing improvements. I can’t wait to see how it looks when we return in the future—it’s already such a gem! The location is ideal, with a beautiful park and museum nearby, along with plenty of shops and restaurants just a short walk away. For those who love walking and exploring, it’s a dream. But if not, there’s easy access to public transportation, or you can drive. Another perk is that the villa is just 15 minutes from Capodichino via several routes, making it perfect for anyone working on the base. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t recommend it highly enough!

Negative: We loved everything about our stay! Just keep in mind that you’ll either need to enjoy walking or have a car to get around, though there’s very easy public transportation nearby. If you're looking for a bit of seclusion with convenient access to shops, restaurants, and attractions, this villa is an absolute dream!

Positive: This place was absolutely amazing. It's all newly renovated and looks great. All of your basic needs are provided and it's quite spacious with plenty of room for a whole family without feeling like you're on top of one another. The villa is quite large and we stayed in one of two units for rent in the middle level. The host, Carmine, lives on the top floor and is available to meet your every need. We have NEVER had a more accommodating host. In fact, we feel like we made a new friend. When we left for dinner the weather was good, but a big thunderstorm moved in quickly and it began to pour. We were completely unprepared. Carmine contacted us to find out where we were and then came and picked us up so we wouldn't have to walk back in the rain. Way above and beyond all expectations. The patio area is something special with the most amazing view of the city. Each night we sat out there and sipped champagne while taking in the breathtaking view. It was truly incredible! For all the reasons indicated above, we highly recommend this villa when you're looking for an special place to stay in Naples!
