Positive: It was beautiful! Peace and quiet, excellent views amazing sunsets. Very comfortable beds. Very well equipped kitchen. BBQ and out door seating area, sun beds and swinging loungers. Nice clean pool. Only about 25 mins drive to Budva and about 50 to Kotor. Everything was perfect. We will definately be back.

Positive: The place was loaded with goods up on arrival for example the fridge was full with beers, vine , food ect… The view is spectacular and the pool is deep enough to jump into.

Negative: The AC s were not working properly and it is a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

Positive: Everything was a dream, from the secluded location to the refreshing pool, comfy furnishings and fully equipped kitchen. Over 180 degree panoramic views with just you, the mountain and the sea, finishing off every day with the most incredible sunset.

Positive: 1. Awesome view, beautiful sunsets, silence. 2. Friendly and pleasant stuff. 3. Wild beach (nice sea bay) 4. Villa is good equipped

Negative: I rated the villa so low because you need to fix all problems you have. Unfortunately, they are huge! All advantages I wrote above crossed out: 1. Drain does not work properly. Every time we used shower water was leaking into the hall throw wall!!! Whole puddle of water:( 2. Electricity is the main problem. Electric equipment does not work properly because did not have enough power(W). That's why AC works not like AC mostly like fan. Another big problem... water starting leaking form ac just after works couple of hours. It's leaking on the walls as well as on sockets. And it was really unsafe and dangerous. 3. Beach is 900 meters far from Villa and for me it's not a problem at all, actually it's advantage...but the road quality to the beach is really foot breaker.
