Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Location was perfect. In a quiet residential location where you can glimpse the sea and hear the waves but also not too far to walk to the streets lining Porto Cristo harbour and beach. Would recommend a car to explore the coast and also if you have little legs in tow. The villa is stunning and spacious and has everything you need.

Negative: We were there for 7 days and on day 5 there was some rain and with it came a lot of dust in the air which caused the tiles floors around the pool and inside the pool to be covered in red dust once the rain had dried. Despite us cleaning with a hose outside and wiping our feet before going into the house, it all became a little dirty feeling and the pool was dirty which made us not want to jump in the pool as it disturbed all the settled dust on the bottom of the pool. A cleaner would have been great for when known bad weather comes in.

Positive: What was not to like? The villa was beautiful. Internally it was comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen had everything you could need - huge fridge, plenty of cupboard space, lots of appliances, washing machine and tumble drier (if it wasn't hot ebough). 2 Weber bbqs in the back garden with lots of tools. The pool and the patio were beautiful. We had a couple of small quesitons that we contacted the owner about and these were answered immediately. For Cala Murta (the bay) I would recommend getting some swimming shoes as the climb on the rocks is a bit sharp but the swim is worth it. We will definitely be coming back!
