The only inconvenience was the lack of internet, but the owners mentioned they are currently working on it. Another unexpected aspect was the extra charge for bed linen and towels, something I hadn’t encountered before. Overall, everything was fine. The hosts even prepared a small surprise for us — they left milk, coffee, and biscuits for the morning, which was a lovely gesture.

Positive: The villa is situated in a very interesting region with many ancient towns and villages around, breathtaking views,beautiful landscapes, vineyards and wineries, hot springs and so on. The location is very quite in the outskirts of Gradoli. The house is equipped with everything you need (even table football;), comfortable beds, all clean, there's a backyard with BBQ and balcony. The owner is super friendly and helpful, always reachable, gave us many useful tips for our trip.

Negative: I would suggest to add cutting board, wine glasses and increase the fridge size (too small for a family).

Summary: wonderful place in the heart of Medieval Italy
