Positive: The villa is beautiful with an amazing sea view and a great pool area. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Negative: .the room count is a bit misleading ( basically, there are 5 rooms) . as one extra room is separate and not well-ventilated. it's outside of the villa. Also, the lower-floor rooms can feel stuffy and smelly from humidity , and the gym area isn’t very usable. A few fixes like improving ventilation, updating the main bedroom mattress, and providing more than one key would make this place better.

Positive: This Villa has everything you could imagine. For a group of 10-12 people, this is the perfect place to be. We had an amazing host, she let us check-in earlier, showed us around the villa, and from the very first moment, we felt as if we were living a dream in a luxury home. Just to imagine the luxury level of this Villa, it has an elevator (for 3 levels), motorized curtains, a jacuzzi, sauna, massage-bed, 3 kinds of coffee machine, wine-fridge, glass fence all around the terrace, 3 outside patios and an outside bar. The rooms are spacious with their own bathroom and everything you need. Luxurious furniture all over the place, and everything designed in a practical way with attention to small details. At the end, it was hard for us to leave this Villa, we definitely consider coming back.

Negative: For us, everything was perfect, but for some people, the location might be an issue. It's definitely a car/scooter place, as it's on the upper side of the hill, and you would need to walk at least 30 minutes to get to Ypsos. This can also be an advantage, as thanks to its location, it has an amazing sea view, view to sunrise, view over Ypsos and also gives you privacy because no other villas are in the immediate vicinity. By car Ypsos is only a few minute drive away, and the Villa has plenty of space to park multiple cars and scooters.

Positive: This villa has a helipad, so this is the level it's at! And it's not just a villa, this is a luxury spa retreat - we felt privileged to be able to spend time at such a high end property, built by the owners for themselves and specked up to the gills with features and toys to make the stay beyond enjoyable. This, backed up by Konnect team's professionalism and friendliness and, in particular Ioanna's efforts, made the holiday pretty unforgettable. Due to its location a car is a must.

Negative: Some of the pool features and appliances did not work, or worked with hiccups, like hot water boiler and the oven in the kitchen needing a firm push to the door for it to start working, but any issues were quickly rectified whilst were we were there so hopefully, with maintenance, everything will get sorted soon.

Summary: Unforgettable holiday at a luxury retreat.
