Positive: It is located in a nice neighborhood. The shops (Lidl & Albert Hein) and the park are very close.

Negative: The room wasn’t clean. It had a smelly carpet (I suggest you bring flip flops to use inside) and a stained celiling. The mini fridge did not cool much. The bathtub leaked. The sheets were a bit smelly as well. Internet on the door did not work, so ask them to provide you with password of another available wifi.

Summary: Not a very clean room for the price you pay.

Positive: Good location near a supermarket in a calm neighborhood, clean room and good outdoor space. All the toilet paper one can dream of :)

Negative: The heating was a bit too strong at night, an electric kettle would have been a nice thing to have.
