Positive: The house cat - Garfield. Large room, well equipped. Looked like a nice pool, if only it was the right time of year. Family atmosphere who were very kind and helpful - particularly recommended a very nice restaurant on the beach

Negative: Parking was locked but on rough ground across the road. But there was room outside the hotel which looked safe. Would have left it there if we were staying longer.

Summary: Very pleasant stay, would go again, but in the summer, for the beach and pool.

Positive: i dont know why people saying in comment section that location is not good. .. if anybody searching calm place and looking for any type of privacy then this place is for you.. and i dont like rush and busy places.. thats why i will rate 10/10 ... price is very reasonable.. house owner is super decent.. and yes you have private parking.. total satisfied!!!!

Positive: The first thing I would like to point out is that there is a mistake with the location on booking.com. On Google Maps it is also marked as Casa Miriam, but there is Villa Miriam (about 200 meters closer to the sea), which is actually the correct location. Anyway, if you want to find it exactly, use the Burger One sign, as it is more visible. By the way I reccomend you Burger One and his owner as well. You can check in in Gelateria and always find there the owner or responcible for appartments person. The owners of the apartments have managed to create an oasis of comfort. Considering the location and all the problems associated with it, such as noise on Saturday nights and the cleanliness of the streets, Casa Miriam gives the impression of being the center of the area, it is safe and bright, there is always something to eat late at night, and the people are hospitable and helpful. There are three beaches nearby, paid equipped with everything you need and two free on either side of paid one. You will have to pay for a car on both, although parking on the free beach will cost you less. The proximity of the road makes this place a great point for traveling by car, you can visit all the surroundings of Naples from here, and in the evening return and relax in the pool, which is open even late in the night. The our dog was welcomed here. The parking place (on the photo behind the pool) is well guarded. We are very grateful to the owners.

Negative: The pillows are old and uncomfortable, there are problems with the Internet, although we used the mobile Internet more, but it also disappeared periodically. But I can’t remember any other problems.

Positive: Very friendly people with a nice shop out front for gelato and breakfast. You can walk to the beach in 10 min

Negative: During the night I felt something on my skin and in the morning I noticed there were ants in my bed. Not good. Otherwise it was fine. I expect they will get rid of the ants in that particular room. For me it was OK for a 1-night stop but I wouldn't stay longer.

Positive: Staff helpful and friendly. Kitchen well equipped. Bed nice. Decor nicely done. Clean. Parking in secure lot. Close to restaurant ice cream shop.

Negative: Bathroom was awkward with placement of bidet. Refrigerator door was opposite swing of cabinet door making it awkward. Neighborhood not far away was questionable. It looked as progress was being made.

Summary: Helpful staff. Well stocked kitchen.

Positive: The location was excellant, close to the beach and in a peaceful neighborhood. The villa Mariam has outdoor swimming pool, free private parking and barbecue facilities. Clean rooms and toilets. Quality of food for dinner was very good. The staff and and hosts were friendly and gave us every information we needed. We enjoyed our stay at villa Casa Miriam and would highly recommend it.
