Positive: Well renovated old property. Swimming pool. Short walk to local supermarket or into town. Helpful and friendly manager. Private parking behind security gates.
Negative: We stayed in the top floor attic-conversation which was comfortable with good facilities but with small windows at ankle level or above chest height. Pushing it to claim “sea view”.

Positive: Beautiful property with a great view of the beach, proximity to shops and resataurants. Newly renovated so the facilities were great and the apartment really clean, but main thing to mention is the standout host, Marco, who greeted us on arrival, and was really proactive communicating with us. He was amazing with our toddler, showing us the property and super helpful with setting us up and giving us recommendations for an early dinner and how to access the beaches. Crib, high chair and everything we had asked for was ready on arrival, really attentative to families and the parking was private on-site and gated so easy with luggage and safe from damage!

Positive: This must be one of the nicest places to stay in Numana. An iconic villa overlooking the gorgeous sea vista. The apartment was comfortable and all our queries/ needs were met by Marco who was so helpful. It felt secure with the electric gates and the garden was lovely to sit and have a coffee first thing in the morning. Location super convenient to the town.
Negative: Because of the stone floors you can hear some noise from the apartment above but can’t be helped!

Positive: Property was well located. The town of Numana and the beach were both accessible by foot! Grocery store nearby as well as restaurants and coffee shops. Basically, you don’t need a car if the beach is what you are looking for!
Negative: There was a bad smell coming from one of the bathrooms the last few days we were there…seemed like a plumbing issue.
