Summary: Nice rustic cabins in the town of Creel. Beautiful place with a big fire pit to warm up outside. Nice decorations and breakfast included for guests. Food is good and transportation is included to get to the train station.

Summary: I took negative impression for their package trip service. First day, I asked the reception desk for hot spring water trip package for minimum 4 members requirement. We were 2 members, finally I accepted compensation 2 members payment. But problem is they asked me cash payment only. I suspected there was agreement between reception and personal driver under the table. Second day, I asked taraumara indian village trip which mentioned on hotel information from 9 am to 2 am. But receptionist recommended me take 2 package trips at the same time. I accepted and paid both package trip cost, but I could not understand how was it possible without skipping some place or program. Because two package trip were mentioned from 9 am to 2 am based on hotel information.

Summary: The cabins are just amazing, we went in a group of families, the kids was so happy they love the wood cabins, and dads also love them, this hotel is very recommended if you want to feel you comfortable, safe and in a good place!! All of us for sure will recommend this place, we love and enjoy our stay on Villa Mexicana Creel.

Summary: The staff was great and took care of us well. We were able to take advantage of a tour because they took extra effort to find one that fit our tight schedule. Also, they moved us to a different cabin that was smaller, but on the opposite side of the complex from a large school group. (Was really happy about this!) The cabin was in good shape overall, but a few small maintenance touches would help. Regardless, this did not take away from our stay. On top of that, the food at the on-site restaurant was good. Overall, a great trip and a place I would recommend to anyone!
