Positive: This property is ideal for 2 couples travelling together with just 2 apartments sharing a wonderful garden and pool. The property has been tastefully renovated with much attention to detail, especially in the garden. Set in wonderful peaceful countryside yet only 10 minutes from Monopoli. Both the apartments and garden are very well equipped. Giacomo is a wonderful host, extremely friendly and welcoming and concerned that everything was perfect for us. Great communication both before and during our stay. He even brought us pastries for breakfast one morning !

Negative: Nothing! Everything was perfect.

Summary: Idyllic! A perfect place to unwind.

Positive: Fantastic location! The villa was spotless, well-equipped, and surrounded by beautiful greenery. Giacomo was a wonderful host—kind, helpful, and always available. The pool was perfect—our child absolutely loved it and spent hours splashing around. Everything was very well organized, peaceful and relaxing. We had a lovely stay and we’re sure we’ll be back!

Positive: A stunning property about 15 minutes drive from the busyness of Monopoli but still easy to reach and enjoy. With only 2 units you have the pool, peace and tranquillity basically all to yourself.

Positive: The location was beautiful with a beautiful garden surrounded by olive trees. The pool was excellent in the summer heat and we were lucky to share the villa with a very pleasant family whom we ended up sharing a dinner with.

Positive: Good location - close by car to Monopoly, 8 min by car to the groceries; good outside facilities - nice pool (was still fresh as we were in May), nice view over Monopoly, barbecue facility and garden, outside area for dining. Inside - overall ok facilities, was nice to be able to connect your Netflix account over your own device. Friendly host with easy contact over WhatsApp, gave us advice of nice beach facility to go. Also welcome wine bottle was a nice friendly gesture.

Negative: Practically nothing. May be a bit darker facilities inside as in the room the window is smaller and on a higher level. But a negligible issue.
