Recently renovated, spacious and comfortable Villa, 200 meters above sea level, on the hills behind the town of Budoni, which is about 5 minutes away.
Location surrounded by nature, in a panoramic position, with a beautiful view of the sea and the hills. Large panoramic swimming pool and equipped barbecue area, garden and veranda.
Maximum privacy and relaxation, but a stone's throw from all services and some of the most enchanting beaches in the Mediterranean.

It is also possible to set off on foot for a walk along the paths starting directly from the structure and reaching the panoramic areas from which to admire the beautiful Sardinian coast.

Summary: We had a great time at Sarah's villa. The grounds are so beautiful and well kept. The pool was a lot bigger than we thought it would be and we couldn't have asked for anymore with regards to the multiple outdoor areas we had access for. The views from the pool area are divine. It is so peaceful too.The villa itself surpassed our expectations. We stayed as a party of 6 adults and one baby and it was plentiful in size. Clean and well equipped. Was perfect for our stay. One week later and missing sitting out on the balcony with my morning coffee. So glad we decided to choose this villa.

Summary: This is a gorgeous villa up in a quiet valley with a view down to the sea. The facilities are traditional with some modern touches such as TV, WiFi and dish washer. Sara is a fantastic host, attentive and resposive.

Summary: We have just left this property today with a real feeling that we want to return soon! We were in the downstairs apartment as we were just a couple but were shown around the main villa which can accommodate many more . The views are wonderful and the quietness appreciated. The accommodation was very comfortable and the air conditioned bedroom perfect.We chose to eat in each evening and the cooking facilities were excellent. Outdoor space was lovely and the pool area the icing on the cake! There are so many beaches in close proximity and shops,restaurants and bars in Budoni just a 10 min drive away. Sara our hostess was excellent from the point of booking right through to our departure Her English is excellent and made us feel the we should learn Italian for our return ! We have no hesitation in recommending the Villa Mariposa and will be checking out flights to Olbia for another visit.

Summary: We stayed at Villa Mariposa with our two young children and three other adults. The villa is beautiful, so clean and well-kept. The gardens are lovely too, and the pool was a huge hit. The villa is spacious, and made for a relaxing break even with a large group of people! Sara was so helpful before we arrived, and whilst we were there - she was available to answer all our questions and make recommendations, and even helped us out with dropping our money off to a restaurant up the road after we left (no card machine meant we came unstuck!!) She also left us a first breakfast - rolls, fruit, spreads, tea and coffee - which was amazing after a late flight in, and two little ones to feed first thing the next morning! Beautiful area, and easy location from Olbia airport. A little isolated, so you definitely need a car, but the views are well worth it. We would thoroughly recommend Villa Mariposa.

Summary: We booked through Owners Direct as usual and everything was perfect (we wouldn't book with anyone else as you here such horror stories). The villa was beautiful and Sara the owner was very helpful. We had a fantastic family holiday and will certainly return to Sardinia. Thank you Sara for an amazing villa and beautiful pool. Sipping Sardinian wine on the veranda overlooking the sea was stunning.
