Positive: Beautiful villa with an excellent pool. It was a 40min walk from the centre and therefore very peaceful with beautiful views over the trees and gully. Beds were super comfortable and the staff were incredibly professional. Kitchen was equipped with basics (tea, coffee, plenty of water, some oil, salt and pepper).

Negative: Could have had more variety of glasses (there were 4 mismatched wine glasses for a 2 bedroom villa, some champagne glasses would have been nice as it was for a celebration).

Summary: Excellent villa, would 100% stay again

Positive: The location was up a very narrow and dark road when we arrived late at night and it was raining! But the host Kantu was there to welcome us and ensured we understood how everything worked. We quickly had WIFI set up and were able to organise ourselves. The view is stunning into a jungle with all the wildlife sounds you can imagine. The living space, table and kitchen area was really nice decor. Kantu and the cleaning team came everyday and we arranged breakfast with them. They did a great job and Kantu also organised for us late check in and taxis etc...

Negative: Unfortunately we both got ill during our stay which is not the fault of the host. I would be very careful with the water anywhere in Bali now, the traffic in Ubud is very busy and it can take time to go to the town and back - no reflection on the host. It seems close but it can be long by car - we had a baby so no option for the motorbike. Pool was lovely but water icy. You must be careful with the bees around the property and also the mosquitos and bugs - jungle life is part of the experience.

Summary: Quiet and secluded place to be with nature.

Positive: Everything was perfect. The view is wonderful. It. was very clean and all the appliances worked. They have a lauding service, which is cheap and quick .

Negative: At the night hornet are attracted by the light and you have to close all your doors in the evening.
