Positive: Beautiful modern villa with an excellent pool. The location was very good - a short drive/uber from Split and the lovely quiet town of Solin is within easy walking distance. A large supermarket is also nearby. Our host was really responsive and clearly wanted us to have the best experience possible.

Negative: The surroundings to the property are basic, but once inside the grounds of the villa it’s an oasis of calm and tranquility.

Summary: This villa is a great base to explore Split and the surrounding area.

Positive: Stunning villa with everything you could wish for. Really helpful owners who were always quick to respond and couldn't do enough for you. Walking distance to two large supermarkets and cafe bars. Short and easy Uber ride into beautiful Split. Fabulous heated pool. Outdoor cooker for barbys. We spent a lot of time outdoors at the villa as it was fabulous.Loved everything about it.

Positive: Villa Margita is an absolutely stunning villa found around 10 minutes drive outside the city centre of split. This was a perfect distance for me and my friends as it allowed for an easy Uber drive into the busy centre as well as being far out enough to be in a tranquil and quiet location. The finish on the Villa is fabulous with a really modern interior. All amenities are thought of so anything you can think of needing during your stay will most likely be supplied in this accommodation. Outside of the Villa there is a lovely dining table area that we played cards at as well as having great entertainment with the table football, table tennis and swimming pool. Finally I would like to mention that our host Zlatko who owns the property was a gentlemen who met us on our arrival and showed us around the Villa, where to find things and how everything worked in the Villa. He also made himself available for us the entire week just in case we had any questions or needed any help. Thank you again Zlatko for a Fabulous stay 🤩!

Positive: Mr Zladko the owner is a truly lovely man. He was waiting for us at the villa when we arrived and nothing was too much trouble to help make our stay so memorable. The villa itself is extremely well appointed and along with the swimming pool absolutely spotless. The location on the outskirts of the city was not a problem for us as there are two high quality supermarkets within a distance of one kilometer and Uber cabs are cheap and plentiful, the villa being about fifteen minutes from the heart of the old city. All in all the facilities provided by the house, the total privacy of the garden/pool area and the calm of our surroundings made for a truly memorable stay.

Negative: I really can't think of anything that could be improved. There was even tea, coffee, biscuits and fruit on arrival along with a bottle of wine !

Summary: Exceptionally comfortable and very relaxing.

Positive: This place really is a gem and the owner is an excellent host. I stayed at the villa with a few friends and loved the amenities. We basically spent most of the time in the pool located within the garden area of the property. In the pool area you basically have full privacy what we really appreciated as it is difficult to find villa with pool in the Split area in general. The house itself had everything we needed. They've thought of everything here. The kitchen had everything I needed, and I even grilled up some epic dinners in the outdoor barbecue area. And the location? It's the best of both worlds. You're tucked away for peace and quiet, but a short drive takes you right into Split's Old Town. Grocery stores and shops are also within 5 minutes of the property. In a nutshell, this villa defines luxury living and I can totally recommend it. A massive thank you to the incredible staff for making my stay truly remarkable!
