Positive: Loved the location. Very handy for watersports, beach, food, shopping and taxis into Palma.

Negative: The neighbours on one side were unspeakably rude.

Positive: Good location and accurate size and space . Lots of outdoor space .

Negative: The pool attracts a lot of dirt , leaves and general mess because of the surrounding trees . It can’t be easily resolved but it meant cleaning the pool every time we went in it. Some of the decor in the lounge and bedrooms needs updating it’s a bit tired

Positive: Really great space, comfortable, good location close to the seafront, shops nearby. Pictures were accurate and the villa was very spacious, modern and well-maintained. I'd consider staying again!

Negative: There were a few minor teething issues - no one was there to greet us on arrival so several instructions (such as how to turn on the heating) were unclear, there weren't any blankets so we had to ask someone to provide them etc. But once we got in touch, the staff were generally helpful and friendly.

Positive: Really nice villa with lots of rooms. Aircon in the bedrooms was very welcome and essential some nights. Generally good facilities such as kitchen appliances, laundry, barbecue. Lots of outside seating options and the pool was great. Rental company staff were very attentive, checking on us, and addressing any questions quickly. Some outside lights didn’t appear to work, so they sent some workmen to fix a new spotlight.

Negative: The location is quiet enough, though there was loud music and dog-barking from neighbouring properties. Not too far from the sea, but the only beach was very small and crowded. Also a little bit too far from Palma centre and bigger shops. There was a supermarket around ten minutes walk away which was ok - not huge but reasonable choice. Given that this property is definitely aimed at larger groups and families, it would be very nice to have a few basic supplies on arrival. There was a lovely box of local goods (wine, beer, olives) but actually a box containing salt, pepper, oil, vinegar etc) would have been better. Also, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner in the showers. We also ran out of toilet paper.

Summary: Very nice villa, great service but let down on location and basics.
