Positive: Amazing apartment in a brilliant location. The views from the Villa were fantastic. The inside is very spacious, beautifully put together and very clean. We had everything we needed for a great stay. Outside you have access to a large private space, with different areas for sitting and eating. There are some steps to the property but everything in Hvar is on the doorstep. - thanks to Rupert who couldn’t have been more helpful throughout. Highly recommend.

Positive: The apartment is beautiful, but the outdoor areas are gorgeous. We wished we were staying longer to make greater use of them. The apartment is a great location to get into the centre of town and also to catch the foot ferries to other islands. Our host was very helpful, meeting us to show us in, but also giving a quick tour of the town to help us get our bearings and give recommendations.

Negative: There is a short stepped walk between the car park and the apartment which some people might find tricky - especially if they have big or heavy suitcases

Positive: The location was lovely, close to the old town and an easy walk to beaches. It was great having the laundry as we are on a month family trip. The host was extremely helpful and showed us around the town after check in. We appreciated this.

Negative: We thought perhaps the kitchen needed a few more utensils. We liked to cook some evenings at the Villa when the children were tired. Note as were travelling for a month we had 4 heavy suitcases so be aware of this and the stairs to the villa.

Positive: Our stay at Villa Marchi was the accommodation highlight of our holiday. Rupert met us at the top of the steps, showed us round the apartment and even walked us into town and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. The apartment is glorious with stunning views, lots of outdoor space with a variety of sitting areas, beautiful interiors and well appointed kitchen. The location is perfect for arriving by catamaran and walking into town. There was nothing we could fault - it was perfect.

Positive: The property, both inside and outside, is absolutely stunning, with wonderful views out to sea and over Hvar Town. It is in a fantastic location, minutes from the centre of town and yet peaceful. We were met by the host, Katia, who showed us around the villa. She also gave us a helpful tour around the town, which meant we were able to get our bearings straight away. It was a great spot to holiday with our 2 late teenage boys who both loved it as much as we did. Hvar Town itself was beautiful, with lots of lovely restaurants and bars and a very attractive harbour to stroll around in the evening.

Positive: The apartment was outstanding. Absolutely stunning. It had been furnished to an exceptionally high standard and the owners had thought of everything that you could need, right down to a selection of water shoes in the laundry room cupboard! Rupert the owner met us on arrival and gave us a tour showing us how everything worked, he is a lovely man and was on hand if we needed anything (which we didn't!). The apartment is very luxurious and spacious. The groudns are wonderful with a lovely relaxation area which my teenage boys loved as it was cool and an outdoor laundry room with washing machine and extra fridge etc. The location was great, very short walk to the old town and close to the beach which was a few minutes walk. The views from the Juliet balcony were beautiful. wE ABSOLUTELY LOVED OUR STAY HERE! THANK YOU RUPERT!
