Positive: The villa is great, Takis, the owner, is the kindest man I've ever met, ready to help with anything anytime, even though he's working far. He is changing the towels when needed. The villa is on a great place, because it is not in the center with all the noise and people. The view is marvelous! The house has everything, you won't even need to go outside, except for the beach! It's totally worth it, definitely will come back!

Negative: Only few small things - in front of the villa there are a donkey and a horse and as animals they do some noises at night, which made the sleeping a bit difficult. Also the neighbors, since the villa is a twin one, I believe they live there, in 4 out of 10 days decided to do some kinds of repair with a drill early in the morning, around 7am, and the walls are not that thick. And last, but smallest, sometimes the wifi is stopping, but for a few minutes, not an issue.

Positive: We loved the location and the views from the house. Our host was very friendly and helpful. We are very happy with our stay and having a chance to discover that part of Greece.

Negative: When clicked on the link for the address on the booking of Booking.com and this was not working correctly. So we struggled a bit to find it. The satnav took us the wrong way. Then once we new the right way to get there we had no issues.

Summary: Lovely location with beautiful views of the sea, the countryside and Ouronopolis.

Positive: The view from the terrace is fantastic. The house is spacious and fully equipped. As far as I understood from the host, this is not your typical renting situation, but rather the house is only rented during the season, hence the equipment is much better. The bedrooms are separated from the living area. The silence at night is complete, nothing can be heard, perfect for good sleep and relaxation. The host offered me his convenient garage so my car wouldn't be under the sun during the day. He mentioned he's a police officer, which, in my opinion, is not a bad thing and provides additional security for the guests. I think he's a great person and makes a genuine effort to be a good host. The beaches are nearby, and the border with Holly Mount Athos is also close. The internet connection is VDSL, which is there just for you. It works like the average internet you have at home and you don't share it with other guests like in hotels. This is usually not the case in Greece. It all depends on individual preferences; if you want a peaceful vacation with children, this is the right place for you.

Negative: Part of the road is gravel, and a lot of dust is raised when cars pass by, the host cannot influence that.

Summary: A good peaceful place for a family vacation.
