Positive: fantastic experience at Villa Mandetta close to downtown of Santo Stefano del Sole, charming and generous host always helpful and available even for a very late check in at nearly midnight, top notch cosy suite newly built and furnished in a gorgeous impressive villa including garden pool barbecue and panoramic view over Avellino the Province Capital City. Highly recommended when enjoying the heights of Avellino

Positive: My recent stay here was exceptional. The hosts were welcoming, warm and attentive, creating a peaceful retreat. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated with lots of little touches. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh, delicious, and homemade treats. The B&B’s charming location offered amazing views and easy access to local eateries, with great recommendations from the hosts Donato and Maria. I highly recommend this gem for a relaxing getaway!

Positive: Very nice owners. Would recommend this place for Italian speaking guests and only if you book both rooms, as otherwise cooking is a bit of an issue. Typical Italian breakfast served daily, with good fresh produce. No meat or eggs though, and timing is a hit and miss as we came to the designated room at 8am on Sunday and nobody was there.

Negative: Wifi and mobile network signal in the room are very weak due to the room being underground (view is rather limited), so booking things or even checking emails is difficult. The full use of adjacent kitchen is only possible with booking both rooms which has not been specified at the time of booking. Another kitchen, by the pool has been made available to us, however, this is not what we expected. No bathrobes or slippers in the room contrary to the offer presented at the time of booking.

Positive: The hosts are absolutely wonderful people! A beautiful, caring and gracious family. I highly recommend staying here! The wifi is weak in the bedrooms but outside your own data works excellent.

Negative: Wifi could be stronger in the bedrooms since there is any reception in the bedrooms.
