Positive: The location of the villa is fantastic — an entire private peninsula, five access points to the lake, and the possibility of having a private beach just for yourself. Sun beds and mattresses are available for guests. Despite full occupancy during the August weekend, we only occasionally encountered any neighbors. It was also quiet and peaceful in the evening — no one used the terrace overlooking the lake or the shared living room. No children or pets were around. Guests also have access to a kitchen with a kettle and tea, as well as a fridge (each room gets a labeled container). The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. There was a shared terrace for 2 rooms. There is no TV or fridge, kettle but you can use the one in the kitchen. There's a good fish bar nearby, as well as a hotel with restaurants, so there are options for dinner within walking distance. There's also a grocery store close by. The owner and his wife were extremely kind and personally committed to the well-being of their guests. Thank you!

Negative: The only downside was the exceptionally thin, hard-as-a-board mattresses and the short beds with a footboard — anyone taller than 185 cm won't be able to stretch out fully. The rooms are not really soundproof so you get woken up from people arriving at breakfast at 7 :(

Summary: Fantastic location with lots of privacy, direct lake access and very friendly and engaged owners.

Positive: Its a good stay for a very decent price. It's a family run business so it feels like home. The breakfast is made fresh, not continental breakfast, so it's a nice change. Lovely views. Spacious parking.

Negative: Though it was raining we checked out the entrance to the lake - it's not nice, lots of water plants growing so if we wanted to swim we would need to find a nicer beach - I wouldn't dare to use the one on the property. There is no TV in the room, the Wifi also did not reach the room and at the beginning of the stay it was very cold and damp. And they only accept cash payment, which was a bother.
