Positive: Beautiful property with 4 en suite bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and much more. The property is like the pictures. We were 7 adults and had plenty of room. There are multiple areas to enjoy ( pool, billiard room,quiet 2nd floor deck). The sunsets were amazing. The walk into town has a steep hill but is very manageable. Would definitely recommend.
Negative: All was good! Only minor issue was front door lock was loose.
Summary: Great villa with many options to enjoy.

Negative: Poor wifi connection upstairs. Missing some basic elements (no soap, no lighter for BBQ, bath sink didn’t drain well)
Summary: Nice location, beautiful views, awesome pool, but host difficult to contact.

Positive: Wonderful location in one of the best little beach towns on Martinique. The house was great for relaxing after a long day at the beach, and we loved the different amenities that came with! The house is located up the hill, so the sunsets were incredible! We also saw whales from the patio.
Negative: My main drawback would be that there isn't a/c in the main part of the house, so some afternoons got a bit warm inside. Also, with the steep hill to the house, you may stall once or twice in a manual. We walked to the beach and dinner most nights!

Positive: This is a beautiful new construction with sweeping views. Perfect for adults/couples with 4 en-suites. Fully equipped, private. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Negative: There is nothing we didn’t like about the property. Not recommended for young children (lots of unprotected stairs and drops) or for individuals with mobility issues for the same reasons. There is some construction noise in the morning from an adjacent home being built (Dec 2023).
