Positive: Super nice location and nice touch of the owner to offer chocolate, water and juice complementary as a welcome treat.

Negative: You have to overlook that the Place has things lying around. Probably the place will be occupied at times by the owner itself. But I could be wrong.

Summary: The place is wunderbar as a wonderful. It's my second time there and I am looking forward to come back again.
