Negative: Poor communication regarding entrance to the property. I had to chase on the day of arrival for details. Also poor communication and service around extra service I paid for during my stay. I requested clean towels and bedding on Tuesday 8 Oct. Payment was taken on the day but no-one contacted us about this service. I had to phone several times on the day to chase this up. I think it had been completely overlooked, finally someone turned up around 5pm. Our guests had already arrived but had to wait for the service to be completed. Also, the staff member did not take the dirty towels with her, they were left in the bath.

Summary: Nice property, lovely location.
