Positive: The size of the apartment. The pool was good but for small children is difficult because is to deep. In the reservation was misleading the information regarding the Villa. I was thinking that the villa will be only for us.

Negative: The noise from the pump or something else, cleaning of the garden from 7/8am. The cleanest of the plates, service , glasses was not ok. Condition of the washing machine and also for dining machine was not good. I would expect some additional cleaning and washing tables in such a long stay. We stay 11 days. No change of the waste , backs, no change of the towels..

Positive: The apartment was spacious,well equipped and comfortable. The pool was fabulous and we had it to ourselves most days .

Negative: It was a bit of a walk in the heat to the old town-but we knew that when we booked. Sofa a bit tired looking. 3rd bedroom would benefit from a/c which was good every other room!

Positive: The house is about 20min walking from the main train station, so it is really convinient if you don’t have a car. The old city center is 40min away, but it is not a problem to walk that much, there is a lot of shops on the road, restaurants, bars… The neighbourhood is calm. The owner is really nice. And the house is amazing with a really nice furniture. It is clean, the sheets and the towels are clean… We had a great time in Bari.

Negative: The dishes were not clean although from the washing machine (I supose that the previous guest chose the wrong cleaning program). It was not a major problem, but anyway…

Positive: This stay was beautiful. Truly something out of a movie. It was a perfect getaway after our wedding. Everything was so clean and comfortable. We loved staying here. We can’t wait to return again next year. Communications went smoothly as Giuseppe would answer within a few minutes.

Negative: We would have loved to be able to sleep in after a hectic wedding week. But the gardener would already be mowing the lawn or using the leaf blower at 7am. Which woke us up. This was a pity as this happened on both days. Other than that, the stay was absolutely perfect.

Positive: Great property! Very aristocratic, big rooms, wonderful pool, meeting all our expectations. There is big supermarket nearby, nice places for dinner, proper public transport, by taxy the cost is around 10-15 Euro to the city center. The host was very kind and supportive and answered all our questions. He managed to react quickly enough when we had our flight delayed and needed one more night to stay there. Highly recommend the villa!

Negative: When we made the reservation we searched ENTIRE Villa as we wanted to be alone in the property. During the reservation process it was written the same - period and on property type only one option - Entire Villa. But when we got the confirmation it was written Flat 1 on it. So it turned out that there are 2 separate floors and you book one of them for the price, not the whole villa. Maybe the problem was with the reservation system, we can't be sure.

Positive: Villa Luisa is a stunning villa set in a spacious garden. Beautifully proportioned rooms, high ceilings and lovely furnishings. We were in apartment 2 on the top floor. The pool area was wonderful - very relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and extremely responsive to any requests or queries.

Negative: There was noise from the railway which runs along the back of the property but after a while we got used to the regular announcements and it didn't deter us from relaxing by the lovely pool.
