Detached villa, on an independent plot, with private gardens and pool and capacity for 12 people.
Large living room of 70 m in three rooms with fireplace and large windows to the garden and pool.
WIFI throughout the house.
Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, toasters, coffee makers, full kitchen utensils, with separate laundry and pantry.
Four bedrooms overlooking the garden and the pool of which 3 have TV, three bathrooms, open porch facing the pool and solarium overlooking the sea. Air conditioning and heating in the entire house. Parking for 2 cars.
Easy access pool with 3 levels of depth and large railing for entry. BBQ in the garden.
Villa 2 minutes walk from the beach and 6 minutes drive from large golf course. Almeria Airport 12 km. Transfers are managed to Almeria, Granada and Malaga airport, prior agreement with the property.
Great supermarket in front of the house. Shopping area 5 minutes walk.
Boardwalk and marina 5 minutes walk, with leisure and dining areas. Bars and restaurants on the beach. Targeted nautical activities: surfing, diving, sailing.

The villa is decorated with great care and charm which makes it a very pleasant and cozy place, as our tenants tell us. Also in the house there is a lot of silence which makes it an ideal place for rest and relaxation.
Upon the arrival of the tenants they are given an inventory valued with all the household goods. Tenants pay at the entrance a deposit of 1000 euros in cash to guarantee the proper use of the house. On the day of departure the house is checked and if there are no damages the deposit is returned in full.

Summary: Stayed for a week at Villa Los Alamos. Nice homely Villa which was very well equipped with everything you could need. Very quiet location but with range of restaurants within a short walk and a good supermarket just across the road. Beautiful gardens with good sized swimming pool and a short walk down to the beach made for a very enjoyable stay. We had a couple of electrical problems but these were sorted efficiently by the owner. Overall a lovely place to stay.
