Casa Calapanizo is located directly at the ocean and offers a marvellous view over the bay of San Juan de los Terreros. This beautiful house is surrounded by a gorgeous garden of over 7.000 m² size planted with groves of pines and palm trees, oleander, roses, hibiscus, laurel and many more. The villa has been constructed as private home by an Austrian architect in Andalusia style. In the middle is a homely patio located and up front beautiful views can be enjoyed from the protected terrace. This house offers all imaginable luxury and comfort: one own kitchen including stove and dish washer, a large living room with open fire place and a comfortable sitting corner, a large table to eat as well as flat screen TV, 4 bed rooms and 2 bath rooms. You will never forget the fantastic view over the sea and the rise of the sun or moon between the palm trees - romantic moments to remember. Various golf courses are in the surrounding.

There are many shopping possibilities either in these cities or in the shopping malls around. Murcia has a Corte Inglés (large Spanish department store), Ikea and 2 large shopping centres in the surroundings.
Sport activities: Shortly before Garrucha you can find a multi-sport centre where you can paddle, play tennis or practice your golf. There are several possibilities of riding in the surroundings. All kind of water sports are available in the area. Boots can be rent in Aguilas or Garrucha. Summary: Villa is perfect and the setting and view are amazing! Loved the infinity pool and looking out to the palm trees and the beautiful med. Straight out the villa and you are on to the beach which was great for snorkelling. Kitchen had every utensil and all the equipment you would need and more. Hosts Gabriele and Maria were friendly and very helpful.

Summary: Lovely villa for a chilled out break with pool views to die for and a shore line for walks. Restaurants and towns 10-30 minutes away so car needed of course.definitely go again.

Summary: Casa Panizo nr 7 is a beautiful place with a great sea view and a beautiful garden. The accommodation is excellent and homely and very pet friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay as we like our peace and quiet. For people who like to go out and socialise in towns, the desert mountain landscape may be too isolated in winter, but for a large family or a group of friends who like to be on their own it is fabulous.

Summary: The house was great if you like a holiday house away from the crowds on a small rocky cove which we had to ourselves most of the time. Great for our dogs as no worries about traffic. Quiet situation but within short distance of restaurants and shops. We hopefully will be back.
